By accessing and using the SMY Success Academy portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. SMY operates this Platform as part of our mission to empower fellow agents with the efficiency and effectiveness of virtual support.
To apply for the SMY Success Academy, you must possess a minimum of Graduation-level qualifications and have exceptional English language skills. You must have access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop or computer. You must be legally eligible to work as a contractor or employee in your jurisdiction and be available to work within the required time zones.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your qualifications, experience, and skills. Misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification. By uploading your resume, portfolio, or certificates, you grant SMY the right to store and process these documents for hiring and training purposes. You acknowledge that your application may be processed using automated tools to assess skill matching and fit.
Acceptance into SMY Success Academy implies enrollment in a training program. Completion of training does not guarantee immediate placement with a client. SMY acts as an intermediary to connect trained Virtual Assistants with New York real estate professionals. Final hiring decisions rest with the client agents. During training and placement, you agree to uphold SMY values of collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.
You retain ownership of your resume and portfolio. However, by submitting, you license SMY to use these materials internally for evaluation and promotion to potential clients. All training materials, logos, and brand assets provided by SMY remain the exclusive property of SMY.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By applying, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
SMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, SMY, or third parties.
The Platform is provided as is. SMY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the outcome of your application or future earnings potential.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
